Baked Potato Wedges

These potato wedges are impossibly crispy and crackly on the outside, with tender, pillowy potato insides. They’re the perfect homemade solution any time the French fry craving strikes.

Ingredients :

  • 3 large russet potatoes, sliced into wedges
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese(55 g)
  • salt, to taste
  • 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons paprika

Preparation :

  1. Slice the potatoes into wedges.
  2. Place potato wedges in a large bowl. Drizzle olive oil and toss to coat. Sprinkle potato wedges with shredded cheese and toss again.
  3. In a small bowl, mix salt, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika. Sprinkle seasoning onto potato wedges and toss to coat.
  4. Place potato wedges on a baking sheet with skin-sides-down.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes at 400˚F (200˚C ) until potatoes are fork-tender and golden.
  6. Enjoy!

Homemade Pretzel Dogs are just as delicious as the ones you get from the mall! And easier than you think. Make a simple bread dough, wrap the dogs, boil, then bake. Don’t forget to sprinkle tons of salt on top!

  •  1 1/2 cups warm (110 to 115 degrees F) water
  •  1 tablespoon sugar
  •  2 teaspoons salt
  •  1 package (1 scant tablespoon) active dry yeast
  •  4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  •  10 cups water
  •  2/3 cup baking soda
  •  2 tablespoons butter (regular or unsalted)
  •  8 good quality hot dogs

Instructions :

  • Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Slit hot dogs to within 1/2 inch of ends; insert 3 strips of cheese into each slit.
  • Separate dough into triangles. Wrap dough triangle around each hot dog. Place on ungreased cookie sheet, cheese side up.
  • Bake 12-15 min or until golden brown.
